Application review is required

Robot and system information is provided for general guidance. Final robot selection, payload, reach, cycle, repeatability, protection, tooling, pattern performance, safety measures, conformity, price and availability must be confirmed against the complete application before order.

Reference platforms

The 65 kg, 80 kg and 160 kg robot figures shown are representative published platform data. A robot’s headline payload does not equal the maximum product weight because the end effector and all other moving components must also be included. Load offset, inertia, wrist moments, duty and motion path may further limit suitability.

Images illustrate products, production environments and types of automation. They may show third-party or representative equipment and do not promise that the pictured configuration will be supplied. Final equipment appearance and configuration may vary.

Safety and conformity

Statements about guarding, collaborative operation or safety functions are general. The complete machine and intended use require a project-specific risk assessment, safety design, validation and applicable conformity work. A collaborative robot arm is not automatically a guard-free application.
